1- In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be deducted from the total amount.Note: The deposit is half the amount paid. 2- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the appointment. 3- In the event of cancellation less than 72 hours before the session, the full session amount will be deducted. 4- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session. 5- In the event of being late for the appointment, the period will be deducted from the session time. 6- There may be a waiting period ranging from 20-30 minutes, and the customer is compensated in time. 7 – In the event of non-attendance, the full amount will be deducted. 8- Postponement is allowed only once.
